Each bedroom at The Hat Maker hotel boasts its own unique personality, featuring curated art, contemporary furnishings, and distinctive antique pieces that reflect the character of the building. You’ll be enveloped in an ambiance of luxury and warmth, promising an unforgettable stay.
Each room blends eclectic elegance with contemporary comfort, featuring beautifully upholstered headboards, plush super kings size beds, soft Irish bed linen, luxurious bathroom toiletries and rainfall showers as standard. A complimentary continental breakfast will be served daily from 7.30am to 10am in the café bar – please note we do not offer a cooked breakfast.
Our accessible room is thoughtfully designed with a maximalist, design-led approach to offer both comfort and style. At 25 square meters, the room features a zip-and-link Super King Bed, which can be converted into a twin room upon request. It also includes an assistance alarm and velvet blackout blinds to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The large, luxury en-suite bathroom is designed in a wet room style and is equipped with a rainforest shower, accessible bathroom fittings, and an accessible sink that allows for comfortable hair washing. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a welcoming space that blends accessibility with bold, stylish design.
Our larger opulent double rooms are designed in a maximalist style, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort for two. Our master suite, once a drawing room, is a beautifully appointed space that overlooks the main street, blending historical charm with modern luxury. The furniture, sourced specifically for the room, is of the same vintage as the building itself, adding to the room’s timeless elegance. Featuring beautifully upholstered headboards, a plush super king-size bed, and soft Irish bed linen, the suite creates an inviting atmosphere. Nestled in the charming old attic, the hotel boasts two beautifully appointed split-level mezzanine rooms. These unique spaces combine character and comfort, with a snug lounge area on the lower level and a cosy bedroom perched at the top of the stairs. Each room features a large, luxurious bathroom with a deep soaking bath and a refreshing rainfall shower. Overlooking the vibrant main street, these rooms offer a perfect blend of elegance and relaxation, immersing you in the heart of the town’s charm.
Please Note: The Mezzanine room features a loft-style bedroom accessible via a narrower staircase. While it adds to the charm of the space, it may not be suitable for all guests.
